the room was very clean it had a modern design. the location was convenient for exploring the area. i received complimentary cocktails it was a nice surprise for my birthday.
my room seemed a little smaller this time i visited still it was ok. the breakfast had cold items that should have been hot that was disappointing. the service at the bar was slow i had to wait a long time to order.

room service errormissed wake-up
i placed an order, waited over an hour, and it never arrived. when i called to inquire, they seemed confused and had no record of my order. plus, the promised wake-up call never happened. I overslept and missed an important meeting. it's unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard to have such basic service failures.
