clean room modern design convenient location smaller room cold breakfast slow service
the room was very clean it had a modern design. the location was convenient for exploring the area. i received complimentary cocktails it was a nice surprise for my birthday.
my room seemed a little smaller this time i visited still it was ok. the breakfast had cold items that should have been hot that was disappointing. the service at the bar was slow i had to wait a long time to order.

the breakfast had lots of options. gluten free choices were available too. the rooms had lovely decor. they were clean as well. the bed was super comfy!

The room included a desk and a chair. The bathroom had toiletries and a hairdryer. A wardrobe offered adequate storage space.

Mixed feelings about this hotel
room service error missed wake-up
i placed an order, waited over an hour, and it never arrived. when i called to inquire, they seemed confused and had no record of my order. plus, the promised wake-up call never happened. I overslept and missed an important meeting. it's unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard to have such basic service failures.
